Tír Na Nóg – Land of the Young

Competition Description: Tír na nÓg is a non-qualifying Irish Music competition for children UNDER 10 years of age.  Children can compete in Tír na nÓg on the tin whistle, flute, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, button accordion, piano accordion, concertina, melodeon, uilleann pipes, mouth organ, harp, and piano.

Competition Requirements: All children competing in Tír na nÓg competition will be required to play TWO IRISH TUNES by memory (no notes).  Each child should be Under 10 years of age as of January 1st, 2018.

Competition Date and Location: Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Hilton Parsippany Hotel, One Hilton Court, Parsippany, NJ 07054.

Cost of Competition: $10.00 per child.  Registration is a two step process.  First, enter your information into the form fields below, press submit, and your registration details will be submitted electronically.  To complete your entry, send your entry fee along with just the entrant's name, address and telephone number (exactly as you provided them in your online submission) to:

Checks should be made payable to "Mid-Atlantic Region CCÉ."  The deadline for entry is May 15, 2018, see online entry form below.  Entries received after May 15 will be assessed a $20 late fee.
