Entry: To register for the 2023 Fleadh, enter your information into the Fleadh Entry Form at the bottom of this page. Once you press submit, your registration details will be submitted to us electronically. Submit a separate entry form for each individual you register. Once you've finished submitting entry forms, visit our “Registration Payment” page. There, add “Fleadh Registration” to your cart as well as any additional solo, duet, trio, group, or dance competitions, as required. The total amount you’ll be charged should reflect the amount you indicated at the bottom of your 2023 Fleadh Entry Form(s). (See next section for entry fee schedule.) Next, click the “Checkout” button and you’ll be directed to our payment page. Finally, click on the PayPal button on the left. Payment is due immediately and can be made using your personal PayPal account or with a major credit card or debit card. Receipt of payment will be emailed to you by PayPal. (You may also pay by check though the mail, sent to Terry Rafferty, 151 Prospect Avenue # 2A, Hackensack, NJ 07601-2217.)
Entry Fees: Music competition fees are $30 per entrant for one solo instrumental, duet, trio, or sean nós competition; $10 for each additional solo, duet or trio competition. A family will not pay more than $125 in music competition fees. The fee for céilí bands and for grúpaí ceoil is $100. For dance competitions, which are separate, the fee for a four hand céilí or set dancing team is $40, the fee for an eight hand céilí or set dancing team is $80. Please also be aware the Family Admission Fee. It is due PER FAMILY at the time of registration & is added to the entry fee. The deadline for registration and payment is April 10, 2023 – see online entry form below. Payments and/or registrations received after April 10 will be subject to a $50 late fee. This late fee will be effective as of April 11. Duets, trios, grúpaí ceoil, and céilí bands must be registered by the Fleadh entry deadline and will not be permitted to register during the Fleadh weekend.
Photography: The Mid-Atlantic Region of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann will video, photograph and record performances over the course of the Fleadh Weekend. By registering for the Mid-Atlantic Fleadh, you grant Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann’s Mid-Atlantic Region permission to use your likeness on our website, social media, and archives. Please note that if your child is competing in group competitions, all children within that particular group will be photographed as it is impossible to remove one child for pictures. An opt-out form will be available in the Fleadh Office for solo competitors only.

Accommodation: A block of rooms for the "Mid-Atlantic Irish Music Weekend 2023" has been reserved at the Parsippany Hilton (1 Hilton Ct, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054) at the rate of $169/night. This special room rate includes breakfast for two; breakfast for any additional guests can be bought on site. This rate will be available until April 29 or until the group block is sold out. Please be aware that a reservation is a default Friday and Saturday night stay and if you wish to add or subtract nights, you can do so by using the "Edit Stay" button in the top right hand corner on the booking page. Hall of Fame Banquet & Céilí: On Saturday, May 13, our Hall of Fame Banquet & Céilí will include the installation of Mary Coogan, Bruce Foley, and Jimmy Lavin (R.I.P.) into our Hall of Fame. In addition, we will give our Service Award to Gerry & Geraldine Rodican! Reservations required. Tickets for individual unassigned open seating are $75 per person and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Reserved full tables of ten are available for $750.
